Antigua Resort on Plum Point in Lake George is steeped in the tradition of old-fashioned summer fun.
Since the 1940’s, kids, parents, grandparents and couples have returned here year after year to the quiet side of Lake George, where the pace is reminiscent of days gone by and change comes a little slower. But come it does, and this year it has come in the form of a brand new website for Antigua Resort! We have updated our look, images and information to better reflect what our resort is really all about, and to better serve our visitors. We love it!
What has NOT changed is our commitment to providing our guests with the best vacation experience possible. Our modern, fully equipped suites and accommodations offer gorgeous lake views and access to the real summer vacation fun: bonfires, live entertainment, a raft just off our swimming beach and a Gazebo on the tip of Plum Point where the setting is peaceful and the views are spectacular. Yes, the Village of Lake George is just a short drive where you can experience all the summer excitement you can handle, but when you return to Antigua, life is simpler and the livin’ is easy.
Summer, winter, spring and fall, Lake George is our backdrop, and our family lives move in rhythm with the evident changes to the deep blue waters of this beautiful lake. Each year our vacationing guests bring with them a renewed sense of appreciation for the simple pleasures – rowing a boat, paddling a canoe, or just enjoying the blissful joy on a child’s face when they catch “the big one” off our dock or sit by a crackling fire with one marshmallow roasting and one on deck, ready to go!
This Autumn season is offering beautiful weather, plenty of things to do in Lake George and the Adirondacks, and a serene getaway setting as the leaves begin to change our views from stunning to spectacular.
